A violation of any provision of Section 7159.10 by a licensee, or a person subject to be licensed under this chapter, or by his or her agent or salesperson, is cause for discipline.

Terms Used In California Business and Professions Code 7159.11
- Licensee: means any person authorized by a license, certificate, registration, or other means to engage in a business or profession regulated by this code or referred to in Sections 1000 and 3600. See California Business and Professions Code 23.8
- Person: as used in this article is limited to natural persons, notwithstanding the definition of person in Section 7025. See California Business and Professions Code 7150
