  • assignment order: means an order made under Section 3761. See California Family Code 3760
  • board: means any entity listed in Section 101, the entities referred to in Sections 1000 and 3600, the State Bar, the Department of Real Estate, and any other state agency that issues a license, certificate, or registration authorizing a person to engage in a business or profession.   • Employer: includes the United States government and any public entity as defined in §. See California Family Code 3760
  • health insurance coverage assignment: includes vision care and dental care coverage whether the vision care or dental care coverage is part of existing health insurance coverage or is issued as a separate policy or plan. See California Family Code 3760
  • Industrial hygiene: means the science and art devoted to the anticipation, recognition, evaluation, and control of environmental factors or stresses which may cause sickness, impaired health and well-being, or significant discomfort and inefficiency among workers or among the citizens of a community.
