Within 10 days of the receipt of a petition from an interested person under Section 2072.3, the commission shall refer the petition to the department.

Terms Used In California Fish and Game Code 2073
- Commission: means the Fish and Game Commission, and "commissioner" means a member of the Fish and Game Commission. See California Fish and Game Code 30
