Acquisitions of real property made pursuant to this chapter shall be done in compliance with the land acquisition law as existing or as hereafter amended and as it applies to the agencies designated in Section 2787, and in compliance with subdivision (a) of § 5929 of the Public Resources Code.

  • Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
  • Subdivision: means a subdivision of the section in which that term occurs unless some other section is expressly mentioned. See California Fish and Game Code 73
