Any person that is aggrieved by the grading by any authorized inspector of any of the products for which standards have been established pursuant to this chapter may appeal to the director in accordance with such regulations as he may establish. If the appeal pertains to a commodity for which standards have been established pursuant to federal law, the appellant may appeal to the Federal Grain Inspection Service.
