As used in this article, “interested person” means any person owning an interest in the park or the land embraced within it as reversioner, remainderman, abutting property owner, or otherwise.

- Person: includes any person, firm, association, organization, partnership, limited liability company, business trust, corporation, or company. See California Government Code 17
- Remainderman: One entitled to the remainder of an estate after a particular reserved right or interest, such as a life tenancy, has expired.
