For purposes of this article, the following definitions shall apply:

(a) “Supportive housing” shall have the same meaning as defined in § 50675.14 of the Health and Safety Code.

Terms Used In California Government Code 65650

  • Subdivision: means a subdivision of the section in which the term occurs unless some other section is expressly mentioned. See California Government Code 10

(b) “Supportive services” shall have the same meaning as defined in Section 65582.

(c) “Target population” shall have the same meaning as defined in § 50675.14 of the Health and Safety Code.

(d) “Use by right” shall have the same meaning as defined in subdivision (i) of Section 65583.2.
