The annual and renewal listing established by Section 13144.2 shall be for the fiscal year period from July 1 to June 30 or for the remaining portion thereof. All moneys collected from original and annual renewal fees pursuant to Section 13144.2 shall be deposited in the State Fire Marshal Licensing and Certification Fund established pursuant to Section 13137, and shall be available to the State Fire Marshal upon appropriation by the Legislature for the purposes specified in Section 13144.2.
