The manufacturer, importer, and distributor of any hazardous substance, and the employer, shall label each container of a hazardous substance in a manner consistent with the federal Hazard Communication Standard (29 C.F.R. § 1910.1200) and as set forth in applicable occupational safety and health standards adopted by the standards board.
