The Riverside County Transportation Commission shall consist of the following regular members:
(a) Five members of the Riverside County Board of Supervisors.

- City: includes city and county and "incorporated town" but does not include "unincorporated town" or "village. See California Public Utilities Code 19
- commission: means a county transportation commission created pursuant to Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 130050). See California Public Utilities Code 130002
- County: includes city and county. See California Public Utilities Code 18
(b) One member from each incorporated city in Riverside County, each of whom shall be a mayor or city council member.
(c) One nonvoting member appointed by the Governor.
