At the hearing, or within twenty days after the adjournment thereof, the board shall determine:
(a) Whether the proposed district shall be formed.
Terms Used In California Streets and Highways Code 8121
- Board: means board of supervisors of the county in which the district or proposed district is situated. See California Streets and Highways Code 8101
- District: means separation of grade district. See California Streets and Highways Code 8101
(b) What, if any, portion of the unincorporated area should be excluded from the district because not benefited by its formation.
