The proceeding is instituted by filing with the clerk of the court a complaint setting forth:
(a) The name of the district.
Terms Used In California Streets and Highways Code 8266
- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
- District: means separation of grade district. See California Streets and Highways Code 8101
(b) Its exterior boundaries.
(c) The date of its organization.
(d) A prayer that the district be judged legally formed under this part.
