Amounts collected by the Controller for benefit overpayment accounts, pursuant to § 12419.2 of the Government Code, shall be deposited in the fund from which the overpayment was made, except that the amounts collected to offset the costs of collections shall be deposited in the Unemployment Administration Fund.
