- Authority: means the Community Revitalization and Investment Authority created pursuant to this division. See California Government Code 62000
- Commissioner: means any county agricultural commissioner. See California Food and Agricultural Code 26
- Department: means the Employment Development Department. See California Unemployment Insurance Code 4900
- Director: means the Director of Employment Development. See California Unemployment Insurance Code 4900
- Plan: means a community revitalization and investment plan and shall be deemed to be the plan described in §. See California Government Code 62000
