- Agricultural aircraft operator: means any person who applies, from an aircraft, chemicals, seeds, or fertilizers. See California Government Code 4360
- City: includes incorporated city, city and county, municipal corporation, municipality, town and incorporated town. See California Unemployment Insurance Code 13
- Public agency: as used in this chapter , includes the State, its various commissions, boards and departments and any county, city, district or state agency authorized to enter into contracts for public work. See California Government Code 4401
- Services: means the application, from an aircraft, of chemicals, seeds, or fertilizers. See California Government Code 4360
- Spouse: includes "registered domestic partner" as required by §. See California Food and Agricultural Code 36
- supplies: includes goods, wares, merchandise, and manufactures. See California Government Code 4330
- Supplies: means supplies used by an agricultural aircraft operator in performing services. See California Government Code 4360
