On and after July 1, 2006, and for each succeeding fiscal year thereafter, in determining costs eligible for reimbursement pursuant to subdivisions (2) and (3) of subsection (e) of § 10-76d, subdivision (2) of subsection (a) of § 10-76g and subsection (b) of § 10-76g, Medicaid reimbursement received by any local or regional board of education from the Department of Social Services for students of such boards of education shall not be deducted from grants paid in accordance with said sections.
