Upon request by the State Treasurer, the Attorney General is authorized to bring an action in the Superior Court against any employer or any private insurance carrier or interlocal risk management agency acting on behalf of an employer that fails to comply with the Second Injury Fund reporting requirements set forth in § 31-354 for injunctive relief requiring compliance with such reporting requirements.
