(a) The provisions of sections 46b-542 to 46b-547, inclusive, apply only to gametes collected on or after January 1, 2022.
Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 46b-543
- Donor: The person who makes a gift.
(b) The provisions of this section do not apply to gametes collected from a donor whose identity is known to the recipient of the gametes at the time of the donation.
