The Association shall be subject to examination and regulation by the Commissioner. The Board of Directors shall submit, not later than June 30 of each year, a financial report for the preceding calendar year in a form approved by the Commissioner.

Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 18 Sec. 4214
- Association: means the Delaware Insurance Guaranty Association created under § 4206 of this title. See Delaware Code Title 18 Sec. 4205
- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Insurance of this State. See Delaware Code Title 18 Sec. 4205
- Year: means a calendar year, and is equivalent to the words "year of our Lord. See Delaware Code Title 1 Sec. 302
