This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Unit Property Act.” This chapter shall be subject to the provisions of Part VII, Chapter 81 of this title, which supersedes various provisions hereof, as provided in § 81-119 of that chapter.

- Property: means and includes the land, the building, all improvements thereon, all owned either in fee simple or under lease, and all easements, rights and appurtenances belonging thereto which have been or are intended to be submitted to the provisions of this chapter.
