Every agency of state government is authorized and required to furnish upon request such advice and assistance to any other agency considering exemptions pursuant to this chapter.
Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 29 Sec. 10408
- Agency: means any authority, department, instrumentality, commission, offices, board or other unit of state government authorized by law to make regulations or issue licenses. See Delaware Code Title 29 Sec. 10403
- State: means the State of Delaware; and when applied to different parts of the United States, it includes the District of Columbia and the several territories and possessions of the United States. See Delaware Code Title 1 Sec. 302
