This chapter applies to any judicial or administrative proceeding commenced in a court in this State against a federal worker during a covered period. This chapter does not apply to criminal proceedings or to child support payments.
Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 6 Sec. 2504E
- Child: means a person who has not reached the age of 18 years. See Delaware Code Title 1 Sec. 302
- State: means the District of Columbia or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or any state, territory, possession, or other jurisdiction of the United States other than the State of Delaware. See Delaware Code Title 6 Sec. 17-101
