(1) Each utility shall adopt and file tariffs in accordance with Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 25-9
(2) No utility may modify or revise its rules or regulations or its schedules of rates and charges until the utility files and receives approval from the Commission for any such modification or revision.
(3) Each utility shall maintain for customer inspection upon request during regular business hours at its main in-state business office, a current copy of Chapters 25-9, 25-22 and 25-30, F.A.C., a current copy of Florida Statutes Chapter 367, and a copy of the utility’s current tariffs, and current developer agreements. The Commission shall provide current copies of the above rules and statute to each utility.
