(1) Upon completion of the reception process, each youthful offender shall be transferred to an institution designated for his or her age and custody in accordance with Florida Statutes § 958.11
(2) The following institutions and units are designated to house youthful offenders:
(a) Sumter Correctional Institution;
(b) Sumter Basic Training Unit;
(c) Suwannee Correctional Institution;
(d) Lowell Correctional Institution and Basic Training Unit;
(e) Lake City Correctional Facility.
