Section 112.324(1)(b), F.S., authorizes the Commission to accept written referrals of possible violations of Article II, Section 8, Florida Constitution, or Florida Statutes Chapter 112, Part III, from the Governor, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, a state attorney, or a United States Attorney. The rules in this Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 34-17, shall govern the receipt and disposition of all referrals reported to the Commission under this statute.
