Investigations shall be governed by the rules of this Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 34-9 Public hearings held before the Commission or its members shall be governed by the Uniform Rules of the Administration Commission, Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 28-106 Proceedings before the Commission after the public hearing shall be governed by the Uniform Rules of the Administration Commission, Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 28-106, if one of the rules of that chapter is applicable, or by the remaining rules of this chapter.
