(1) The following fee schedule is adopted by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation for the licensure of persons desiring to practice as an athlete agent pursuant to Florida Statutes § 468.453
(a) Application Fee – $250.00.
(b) Licensure Fee – $375.00.
(c) Unlicensed Activity – $5.00.
(d) Biennial Renewal Fee – $220.00.
(e) Inactive Fee – $200.00.
(f) Delinquent Fee – $25.00.
(g) Reactivation Fee – $50.00.
(h) Change of Status Fee – $25.00.
(i) Reinstatement from null and void due to illness or economic hardship — $125.00
(2) All fees indicated by the schedule above shall be paid in the form of a check, bank draft, or money order made payable to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
