(1) The biennial renewal fee provided in Florida Statutes § 473.305, for partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies licensed in Florida Statutes § 473.3101, shall be $145.00.
(2) The biennial renewal fee provided in Florida Statutes § 473.305, for sole proprietor firms licensed in Florida Statutes § 473.3101, shall be $45.00.
(3) A special fee of $5.00 per licensee shall be imposed at each renewal to fund efforts to combat unlicenced activity.
