(1) The following group of specialty classifications of training is created:
(a) Radiology;
(b) Nutrition;
(c) Orthopedics;
(d) Physiotherapy.
(2) Certification in one or more of the specialty classifications may be obtained from the Department upon evidence of successful completion of the education and training program in each specialty classification. Successful completion is deemed to mean obtaining a raw score of 75% on a comprehensive examination covering the entire specialty program which exam is approved by the Board and administered by the program.

- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
