As used in Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 68B-18:
    (1) “”Bay scallop”” means a scallop of the species Argopecten irradians, or any part of the meat or viscera thereof.
    (2) “”Fenholloway – Suwannee River Zone”” means all Florida Waters along the Gulf of Mexico east of a line running through Rock Island near the mouth of the Fenholloway River in Taylor County (83°49.760′ West Longitude) and north of Suwannee River Alligator Pass Daybeacon 4 near the mouth of the Suwannee River in Levy County (29°15.350′ North Latitude).
    (3) “”Gulf County Zone”” means all Florida Waters east of a line extending due south from the west bank at the mouth of Mexico Beach Canal in Bay County (85025.84′ West Longitude), including all waters of St. Joseph Bay, and west of a line extending due north and due south from the westernmost point of St. Vincent Island in Franklin County (85013.43′ West Longitude).
    (4) “”Pasco Zone”” means all Florida Waters south of the Pasco-Hernando county line (28°26.016′ North Latitude) and north of a line extending due east and due west from the Anclote Key Lighthouse (28°10.020′ North Latitude), which is approximately 0.37 miles south of the Pasco-Pinellas county line, and all waters of the Anclote River and its tributaries.
