(1) The Department shall provide to each agency a semimonthly report of detail transactions not in compliance with the filing requirements of Florida Statutes § 215.422 Such report shall serve as notice to the agency of the Department’s action taken with regard to the agency’s request for waiver in part. The Department’s action shall not constitute final agency action and is subject to review upon the written request of the agency filed with the Vendor Ombudsman within 30 days of the date the report is made available to the agency.
    (2) The Department shall provide to each agency a quarterly report of compliance with the provisions of Florida Statutes § 215.422 Such report shall include a listing of the detail transactions that were not in compliance. The agency head, or his designee pursuant to section 20.05(1)(b), F.S., shall respond in writing within 30 days of receipt of such report. The written response shall contain an explanation regarding the occurrences of noncompliance and corrective action being taken.
