(1) An insurer shall file with the Office all long-term care insurance advertising material intended for use in this state at least thirty (30) days prior to use of the advertisement in this state as required by Florida Statutes § 627.9407(2)
    (2) Only advertisements that are required by law to be filed will be routinely received and reviewed by the Office.
