Any fee in excess of $1,500 paid by a prospective resident to secure a priority right to subscribe to a continuing care agreement shall be escrowed in an escrow account governed by an escrow agreement as prescribed by Florida Statutes § 651.033, and shall not be released except as provided by Florida Statutes Chapter 651
