Terms Used In Florida Statutes 679.5041
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Personal property: All property that is not real property.
A financing statement sufficiently indicates the collateral that it covers if the financing statement provides:
(1) A description of the collateral pursuant to s. 679.1081; or
(2) An indication that the financing statement covers all assets or all personal property.
