§ 516. Compliance action plan. If the commissioner determines, after notice and an opportunity to be heard, that a licensee has negligently violated a provision of this article or its rules or regulations, that licensee shall be required to comply with a corrective action plan established by the commissioner to correct the violation by a reasonable date and to periodically report to the commissioner with respect to the licensee's compliance for a period of no less than the next two calendar years following the commencement date of the compliance action plan. Notwithstanding the above, this provision shall not be applicable to a research partner conducting hemp research pursuant to a research partner agreement, the terms of which shall control.
