§ 33. Lien for benefits. Benefits to be paid and provided under this chapter shall be a lien against the assets of the stock corporation, mutual corporation or reciprocal insurer liable therefor, without limit of amount, subordinate, however, to claims for unpaid wages and prior recorded liens.
