  • person: includes individuals, children, firms, associations, joint adventures, partnerships, estates, trusts, business trusts, syndicates, fiduciaries, corporations, and all other groups or combinations. See Florida Statutes 1.01
All decisions and opinions delivered by the Supreme Court, or any justice thereof, relating to any action or proceeding pending in the court must be filed in the office of the clerk and maintained by the clerk in the manner prescribed by the Supreme Court. Such decisions or opinions may not be taken out from the clerk’s maintenance or control except by order of the court; however, the clerk must furnish certified copies of such opinions and decisions to any person who makes such a request, upon receiving any required fees.
