- Licensed facility: means a hospital or ambulatory surgical center licensed in accordance with this chapter. See Florida Statutes 395.002
Each licensed facility shall comply with the requirements contained in s. 381.0098. Any transporter or potential transporter of such waste shall be notified of the existence and locations of such waste.
