Acts, conduct, practices, omissions, failings, misrepresentations, or nondisclosures committed in violation of this chapter are deceptive and unfair trade practices under ss. 501.201–501.213, the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, and administrative rules adopted in accordance with the act.
