- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
No judgment creditor or other claimant, other than the office or department, of a prepaid limited health service organization shall have the right to levy upon any of the assets or securities held in this state as a deposit under s. 636.046.
