Oregon Statutes 105.126 – Form of complaint if ORS chapter 90 does not apply
For a complaint described in ORS § 105.123, if ORS Chapter 90 does not apply to the premises:
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 105.126
- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
- Defendant: In a civil suit, the person complained against; in a criminal case, the person accused of the crime.
- Plaintiff: The person who files the complaint in a civil lawsuit.
(1) The complaint must be in substantially the following form and be available from the clerk of the court:

Defendant entered upon the premises with force or is unlawfully holding the premises with force.
