(1) Oregon Corrections Enterprises shall report annually to the Governor and the Legislative Assembly regarding Oregon Corrections Enterprises activities and operations for the preceding year.

(2) Notwithstanding ORS § 421.352, Oregon Corrections Enterprises shall provide to the Oregon Department of Administrative Services such financial information as the Oregon Department of Administrative Services may require for purposes of completing the financial report described in ORS § 291.040.
