A person who gains or attempts to gain unauthorized entry to the Oregon State Fair or to an event held at fairground properties or facilities without paying a required admission fee commits a Class D violation. In addition to any enforcement officers specifically identified in ORS § 153.005, the state fair director and other employees of the State Fair Council may issue citations for violations of this section.
