Terms Used In 12 Guam Code Ann. § 11111
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
The attorneys employed by the Corporation may practice before the courts of Guam on the same basis as other government attorneys pursuant to § 28002.2 of the Government Code.
