CH. 77 SPECIAL PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES OF THE GUAM ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
taxes, excise taxes, and economic activities in Guam. GEDA shall also include in its report its monitoring efforts and any other information related to the program. The report shall be transmitted to I Liheslaturan Guåhan on an annual basis until the tax credit caps pursuant to § 771403 and § 771405 of this Article are exhausted.
