COURT DECISIONS: D.C.GUAM: APP.DIV. 1981 Under the laws of Guam, the Guam Power Authority is a part of the government of Guam and, therefore, an employee injured in the course of his work has an exclusive remedy against his employer, thus precluding a separate course of action against the Government.
