- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Bonds issued pursuant to the provisions of this Article and the interest or income therefrom are exempt from taxation in accordance with the provisions of the last sentence of Section 11 of the Organic Act. (§1423a, Title 48, U.S. Code.)

§ 8227. Bonds as Legal Investments and as Security For
Performance of Any Act.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, all bonds sold and delivered pursuant to the provisions of this Article are legal investments for all trust funds and for the funds of all banks, both commercial and savings and may be deposited as security for the performance of any act whenever any evidence of indebtedness of

Guam may be so deposited and may also be used as security for the deposit of public moneys in banks in Guam.
