Expulsion from a school or institution attended, or suspension for a period of the same or greater than one (1) academic semester or its equivalent in such school or institution, or failure to complete the program for which the loan was approved, or failure to comply with the regulations of the Board shall result in forfeiture of the loan provided by this Article. For purposes of this Article a student shall be considered to have completed such student’s course of studies upon the event or events of forfeiture as provided in this § 15805.

“”DOC SANCHEZ”” SCHOLARSHIPS

2019 NOTE: Pursuant to P.L. 31-237:3 (Dec. 6, 2012), after Award Year 2012-2013, financial assistance awards would be granted only as provided by Chapter 28 of Title 17, Guam Code Ann.. Awards under the “”Doc Sanchez”” program would continue, as mandated by
17 Guam Code Ann. § 28404.

Pursuant to the authority granted by 1 Guam Code Ann. § 1606, the Compiler moved this article from Chapter 15 to Chapter 28 as a new Article
5, and renumbered the provisions accordingly.

NURSING TRAINING

GRADUATE DEGREE IN SOCIAL WORK PROGRAM

2019 NOTE: Pursuant to P.L. 31-237:3 (Dec. 6, 2012), beginning Award Year 2013-2014, financial assistance awards would be granted only as specified in Chapter 28 of Title 17, GCA. Financial assistance will no longer be granted under this program.
