Notwithstanding the provisions of §§ 5162 and 5163 of the Government Code (as enacted in Part V, Section 6 of P.L. No. 15-48), the Guam Community College is authorized to use all revenues, to include tuition payments and fees, derived from its own sources, upon resolution of the Board of Trustees, for the benefit of the College and in the furtherance of the purposes of this Chapter.
