The Superintendent shall establish, keep current and post on the Department of Education website a roster of all positions required by the Every Child is Entitled to an Adequate Public Education Act to be filled by a Certified Employee as that term is defined by 1 Guam Code Ann. § 715 Item (m). The roster shall indicate which positions are vacant, which positions are filled with Certified Employees, which positions are filled with CATS and shall include the Certificate of Necessity for each CAT pursuant to Title 17 Guam Code Ann. § 3129 (b).
